6 week BOOTCAMP

Fat loss, personal fitness class

Ciaran Nash and I will be running a 6 week BIGGEST WINNER BOOTCAMP in January to help you start 2016 with a bang and get those extra Christmas calories off! 

The BOOTCAMP will take place in Centrepoint 3G on the old Portadown road Lurgan. It will consist of 3 morning sessions per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.15am-7am. 

The aim of the BOOTCAMP is to help you get fitter, stronger, more mobile and shred off those extra calories you may have gained over Christmas.

Over the 6 weeks you will have 

  • fitness tests at the start, middle and end of the program to gauge and monitor how you are progressing. 
  • body composition tests e.g weight, measurements and body fat. 
  • a meal plan to help you with your nutrition and get back on track in the New Year to get the results you want. 

To make the 6 weeks a bit more of a challenge for you all, we have the BIGGEST WINNER prize. This will be the person who loses the most weight/body fat over the 6 week period. The  BIGGEST WINNER will receive a full refund.
