Banana Muffins

Banana Muffins

Have a sweet tooth and crave something sweet for a snack? Try our banana muffins topped with Peanut butter.

- 2 cups of whole grain flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds/cashews
- 2 tablespoon of honey
-1/4 cup coconut oil
- Peanut butter (add on top of each bun 7-10minutes into your cooking)

Method:
Step 1: mash the bananas with the egg, honey, coconut oil and Vanilla extract.
Step 2: mix wholegrain flour, baking soda and chopped nuts
Step 3: add together and mix thoroughly
Step 4: serve into your bun cup, place on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes
