Protein pancakes

Short and sweet protein pancakes.

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs

Method:

Step 1: Mash the banana and mix together with the eggs.
Step 2: serve onto a non stick pan or cook in coconut oil.
Step 3: cook for around 30-45seconds each side.
Step 4: serve to your plate, wee bit of honey and Enjoy!
