Scrambled eggs and spinach
Simple, mix it up and try something new with your eggs while adding some goodness to your diet.
Method:
Crack eggs into a jug or saucepan and cook to your liking, once cooked place a good handful of spinach to the eggs and mix thoroughly until spinach softens!
You can also make an omelette form of this and add some extra ingredients peppers, tuna, broccoli, chicken and other variations.
