Extra Lean Beef Burgers Recipe

2 8oz lean burgers, tasty!
- 300g extra lean mince
- 6 cream crackers (broken down fine)
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 whole egg
- table spoon of coconut oil
Method:
Add 300g of your mince to a large mixing bowl. Place 6 crackers into a sandwich bag and break down until fine, pour over mince. Chop your onions and garlic finely, add to bowl. Crack one egg into the bowl and mix until all ingredients are firmly together. Divide mince in two equal portions and shape!
Cook in the Oven 150 degrees for 30-40minutes and enjoy!
